1. Product information issues
All our products undergo rigorous quality inspections and comply with relevant national/regional safety standards. However, e-cigarettes are for use only by adults of legal smoking age and are not suitable for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women or those with heart or respiratory problems.
We offer a variety of nicotine strengths (0%, 2%, 3%, 5%, etc.). Please read the product instructions carefully before purchasing.
The lifespan depends on the total number of puffs per model (e.g., 20,000puffs, 50,000puffs, 100,000puffs) and your frequency of use. Typically, an e-cigarette lasts from a few days to a few weeks.
We offer a variety of flavors, including fruit, beverage, mint, and dessert flavors, such as Strawberry Watermelon, Blueberry Smoothie, Mango Peach, and Grapefruit Mint. Some limited-edition flavors are only available during certain periods.

Most disposable e-cigarettes have a Type-C charging port, which allows you to charge the e-liquid before it runs out. Once the e-liquid is depleted, it cannot be refilled.
2. Purchase and Payment
You must be of legal smoking age (18 or 21 in most areas). Age verification may be required.
Depending on your location, we accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other payment methods, including cryptocurrencies. You can also view all payment methods on the payment page of our website.
Payments can be declined for a variety of reasons, such as incorrect credit card information, insufficient funds, or an issue with the payment provider. Please ensure the payment information you provided is accurate, or contact your payment provider to resolve the issue.
You can request an invoice during checkout, and we’ll email it to you.
We do not offer COD. You must use an online payment method when placing your order.
Yes, if you have a discount code or gift card, you can enter it during checkout to receive the discount.

3. Package shipping issues
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

Shipments to European countries except UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.

5. Returns and After-Sales Service
Disposable e-cigarettes do not come with a long-term warranty. However, if your product is damaged or malfunctioning upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please send photos of the defective product and your order number to our customer service email address. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Due to the nature of disposable products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you find any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Most airlines allow e-cigarettes in carry-on baggage, but they are not allowed in checked baggage. Their use on board is strictly prohibited. Please check with your airline before traveling.
