Refund policy

Not received

Usually, we can give you a refund if we haven't shipped your order after you paid. If we have already shipped the item, then a refund cannot be requested.
In the process of transportation, because of the logistics transportation causes damage or loss of the package, we can apply for a refund to you according to the actual please money. We can also apply for a refund in most of the countries where the package is cleared because it is detained by the customs. (Except for a few countries that do not include customs clearance)

Goods received

Normally, we can't refund after you receive the parcel, if the parcel is faulty, you can apply for after-sale service from us.

After-sales service policy

Aftermarket

While the package is in transit, you can always reach out to us for information about the package.
You receive the parcel if the product flavor is wrong, the product is damaged, not working properly. Please take a photo or video, feel free to find us to apply for after-sale, we will send you a replacement product or give you a partial refund according to your photo or video.
